Shop-Ware has announced a new product called TechApp, a program available on smartphones that helps improve technicians’ efficiency and satisfaction, according to a press release.

Compatible with iOS and Android, TechApp provides technicians with an interface to easily access and complete tasks they need to do. It looks to ease administrative work by syncing and automatically organizing information from techs in the Shop-Ware web application.

TechApp also enables the front and back of house staff to communicate with one another through every stage of a repair order, whether it be maintenance, diagnosis, or repair. By utilizing Shop-Ware’s management system, it has time tracking for technicians for both shifts and flat rate efficiency.
