Adhesion Test
After being exposed to temperature of +70°C and the handle must be not dropped in 3 minutes when offer a pull of 500N.

High-voltage Test
Every pair of pliers in the VDE category is tested individually at 10,000 volts and is identified with thw year of manufacture.

Pressure Test
After being subjected to a pressure of 20N, a temperature of +70°C and current at 5,000 volts for 3 minutes, no pressure marks of lift-off must appear on the insulation.

High & Low Temperature
test oven The temperature range : +70°C-40°C

Cold-shock Test
After being exposed to a temperature of -25°C for 2 hours, the insulation must not show any cracks or other damage when struck sharply.

TorqueTest
To test the torque and working liftime of screwdrivers.

Sorry for we don't provide a free sample, but accepted the sample order. Because every tool is very heavy. Freight cost usually will be more than 2-3 times of sample price.
